a successful candidate possesses the following qualities:
- A diploma in opticianry (a license in contact lenses would be an asset);
- A positive attitude – someone who is dynamic and understands the value of a smile;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Bilingualism in French and English is a plus for a position in Quebec – for a position in Western Canada, English is required;
- Enjoys working as part of a team, collaborating with Optometrists, assistants and consultants;
- Is comfortable with new technologies; we work mainly with iPads, for lens selection and patient advice.
